• The entire item pictures are provided by supplier.
• The information of the items also provide by supplier.
• Preorder items are not refundable or exchangeable.
• We will confirm your order within 1 day.
• Please make full payment or 50% deposit of total amount within 3 days once we confirm your order.
• Once payment is made, please inform us through email as per detail below:-

• And please keep payment receipt for reference if needed.
• Please don’t cancel your order once you have make your payment, money are not refundable.
• We will contact you to bank in another 50% to our account once we received the items.
• Preorder items need to wait around 1 to 2weeks to reach us (start from the Preorder Closed Day); PLEASE DON’T MAKE ORDER IF YOU CAN’T WAIT.
• Please don’t keep asking us about the stocks status, we will update once we received the item.
• Sometimes the item(s) is NOT AVAILABLE, so we will credit to your account (or refund), or you can use for other purchase.
** Order from customers will made with supplier once the preorder close, after preorder close, stocks will reach us around 1 to 2 weeks time, then only we will send to customer(s).
